Form 700 – Statement of Economic Interests

Under the Political Reform Act, designated officials and employees of the District are required to file Form 700 (Statement of Economic Interests). These forms are public records and are available for inspection and copies without conditions.

How can I request a Form 700?

There are several ways to request a copy:

Is there a preferred way of sending my request?

Requests can be made in any form to any district employee. For efficiency, we encourage email to the address above.

Who manages the Form 700 filings?

The Superintendent’s Executive Assistant serves as the District’s Filing Officer. This office houses all Form 700s and provides them upon request.

How soon will I get the forms?

Form 700s will be made available within two (2) business days
