Developer Fees

Certificate of Compliance and fees are processed in the Business Department located at:

• Please email your square footage assessment (estimate sheet) to Stefanie_Jennings@upland.k12.ca.us
• Appointments are preferred  
• Check or money order made payable to Upland Unified School District. ($25 NSF fee for returned checks).  NO CASH, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.
• Fee estimates are subject to change pending final project approval
