Teachers will have the opportunity and be given time for dialoguing about their own teaching and learning experiences. The school will have current technology and equipment to support teachers in implementing a meaningful curriculum; computers, e-mail, internet access, VCR's, TV monitors, and duplicating machines. Instructional materials such as books, software, and media resources will be plentiful and accessible.

Students will learn conflict resolution strategies and be encouraged to take responsibility for their own behaviors. We will provide students with opportunities to be self-motivated to learn and improve their skills. The community will be encourages to volunteer at the school to support the teachers and students.
