LCAP Survey

We would like to invite you to share your input regarding Upland Unified’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The LCAP is a comprehensive planning tool used by Upland Unified and other California school districts to support student outcomes. The LCAP describes how our district intends to meet annual goals for all students. It includes specific actions and services to address state and local priorities.

Listed on the survey are four goals that make up Upland Unified’s LCAP. We invite you to share your thoughts about the actions and services we might consider supporting our students in 2019–2020.

You may comment on one of the four goals in this survey. You may comment on additional goals by taking the survey again.

If you’re a parent and you submitted comments about the LCAP as part of the recent school site parent survey, we will include your submission with the results of this survey.

You can access the survey through April 30, 2019.

California Disclosure of Legal Records

As many of our county schools and districts have learned, U.S. District Court Judge Kimberly Mueller ordered additional safeguards be placed for the release of student data and stated that copies of the CalPADS database will not be produced for plaintiffs in the Morgan Hill Case.

County Schools has provided an update on the court ruling of Feb. 29 by Judge Mueller, as well as links to the California Department of Education’s webpage that provides additional information.

For more information on the Morgan Hill case, please visit the County Schools’ webpage.

As more information becomes available, County Schools will continue to provide updates.
